Fluffy crust, a little doughy in places.

The pizza had mostly good texture--fluffy without being too doughy, and a good chew--but the overall flavor was lacking; furthermore, the cheddar cheese was not my favorite option due to its greasiness and contrasting taste. In my opinion, cheddar does not belong on a pizza with crust that isn't cracker crust.
